I found a spider it has a creamy white top and on its back it is brown and it has to white stripes that look like horns. the legs are a dark yellow and brown stripes can any body tell me what kind of spider is it?

I live in NH and am looking to identify a huge black spider I encountered several years ago--it has the characteristics of a trapdoor spider, with a furry body, about the size of my fist if you include the legs. For New Hampshire this is an immense spider. The closest I can come for similar sizing is the tarantula, and Im pretty sure we don't have those. I found three instances of it (this was before digital cameras) in one summer, and once the following year. I would love to know what it might have been...

I am looking for a flat, round black spider with white legs it is about the size of a
quarter it was in my bedroom what is it?
