Spencer had a rough afternoon today. This evening we went outside with him and looked at the roses, which he actually enjoys, since "red things" seem to please him very much. This is his expression after he powered through first a four-ounce botle, then a small 2-ounce bottle. I loved the way the red LED panel of jill's wheelchair was softly glowing,so I included that as a compositional element. The joystick and control panel are occupational photographic hazards in our house, but I liked the way with the right exposure that I could pick up the LED's in the 105 DC's wondereful out of focus background. This lens is one of the easiest to see through and to compose through, for me at least. For manual focus positioning the 135 DC is better, but I do like this prime lens very, very much.
