The label of "<-E. 4th Ave" in the upper left area is actually Palm Avenue. East 4th Avenue is 4 blocks to the East (Right), extending south from the white gravel road line at the top running through what the locals use to call "Government Field", now called Amelia Earhart Regional Park.
