Thank you to Roberta Perry Hughes for contributing this image of her grandfather, in his lighthouse keeper's uniform, on the Fowey Rocks Light on the outer deck of the living quarters. "Hamp" was also paternal grandfather of Roberta's cousin Joe Perry who comments on this site. "Hamp" lived on Fowey Rocks Light most of the time during the 1920s and 1930s while he was the lighthouse keeper for the U. S. Coast Guard.
