C/n 45427/56. Thank you to David Schulman for contributing this great image and granting permission for us to display it on this site.
His photo was taken from Concourse 5 (now Concourse D) and faces northeast. Concourse 6 (now Concourse C) is in the background, with even-number gates 86 through 80 visible. MIA's gates were numbered 1 through the 90's, starting at the base of Concourse 1 on the south (now Concourse H) for some strange reason. I guess they anticipated growth of new concourses on the north side and not the south at the time.
