~Chocolate Chip Crispy Rice Cookies (NON VEGAN)~
1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. crispy rice cereal
1 bag chocolate chips (Tropical Source espresso chocolate chips!)
1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. Cream margarine with sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, stir flour with baking powder and soda.
5. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing well.
6. Stir in oatmeal, chocolate chips and rice krispies.
7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
9. Cool completely on a wire rack.
