兩幢四層高相鄰而建共用樓梯的唐樓,約建於1940年代.
現時兩幢樓宇地下樓層從事成衣及紡織等商業活動,上層則間隔成套房分租給租戶.
2010年1月22日被確定為三級歷史建築.
